




Espace Forme's sports instructors offer group Pilates sessions. Pilates classes feature rhythmic, athletic sequences for deep muscle strengthening.
Movements and postures can be slow or fast, and are closely linked to breathing techniques. They are perfect to improve your posture, to build up your muscles and therfore to stay in good shape.
