The Trail

Running to the top

When the resort puts away its skis, it unrolls its trails. Here, the trail takes on an air of freedom, with open panoramas, cool forests and accessible ridges. At Le Collet, you’ll find signposted itineraries that invite you to explore the mountains in a whole new way. The perfect balance between challenging terrain and wilderness atmosphere.

The Trail at Le Collet

Here, each route tells the story of a piece of the mountain. From the heart of the resort to the open heights, the Collet routes play with the terrain without ever repeating themselves. From playful forest passages to more physical sections and panoramic views of the Belledonne mountain range, it’s a training ground that’s as enjoyable as it is demanding.

Why

trail running at Le Collet?

Trail running at Le Collet means taking advantage of an easily accessible high-altitude site. Here, the routes start directly from the resort or its hamlets, for effective, varied outings with a change of scenery. The terrain alternates between forest paths, panoramic ridges and more technical sections, ideal for progressing or varying your training. Le Collet is also the perfect place to try your hand at mountain trail running in a natural, unspoilt setting. A real spot for training and getting away from it all, between valleys and peaks.

Trail map

Le Collet is just one of the gateways to a much wider trail area. The Belledonne massif is full of other signposted routes to explore: around Allevard, in the hamlets of Crêts-en-Belledonne, or on the heights of Les 7 Laux. Whether you’re a local or a holidaymaker, you can put together your outings à la carte, alternating panoramic loops, wild forests and more technical terrain.
